I met him through one of my best friends who lives in another city. I went to visit one weekend, and she set up a blind date with one of her co workers, just for fun (I had recently broken up with someone...) so we went out and immediately clicked. We decided it was just going to be that blind date and that was all..then after 2 months he emailed, and we met up back in his city, the connection and attraction was still there, and we spent the whole weekend together, we just emailed and texted after that, then he visited me 6 weeks later :) We do talk most days on the phone too...its been okay, we've had ups and downs, although we try to stay as positive as we can, I do feel that we will have something good here...if i didnt, we wouldnt be trying this long distance...I also feel that long distance is not for everyone it takes a strong person, and at the end, when we are eventually together, all this will be worth it ;)

We're both 18. He's a Leo and I'm a Taurus. In June, it will be two years that we've been together. We met over xboxlive in June of 2008. It was through one of my Halo 3 buddies who so happened to like me too. Well, this being my first LD relationship, I wasn't too sure when Dakota (my bf) started telling me he was in love with me. We didn't even know each other and he fell pretty hard for me. [Now.... ALOT happened between us after that, mostly just crazy arguments that left both of us depressed and wounded, so I'd rather not go into detail.. It's the past and it will stay like that.] So ever since then, we've dated on and off. Now we're permanent and I'm making sure of it. (As is he) He's already sent me a diamond necklace and his Linkin Park hoodie. I cherish them with all my heart. I'm italian..Me and my boyfriend met during my exchange year in america. We started dating after 20 days we met, in february, and on june 9th i had to go back to italy to finish high school meanwhile he was done with high school and going to do college. We instantly had a really strong feeling. We lived from february to june amazing. It was wonderful being together, he picked me up from home everyday to bring me to school. We fell in love slow and fast at the same time. Most of the people there were against us, i had a jealous host sister, my host parents did not want me to hang out with him either.. but i wanted all that with him so bad.. after i left america we had a really tough time. It was so hard and we both did not know that we loved each others so much. In december he came to italy to meet my family (i already met his family when i was there in america) and in february i went there in indianapolis in his new apartment and it was so magic. It really was what we imagined been together there. No words to explain it. Just perfect. Just how it should be. But unluckily i need to do college to, and for exchange students college in america is really expensive. I'd love to study there with him, but , if i cant i will have to stay in italy and go to college for three years, yeah its long. We did not even made it to a year long distance relationship. But I'm so excited about what will come after those time of suffering and crying. Cause we want to marry, have kids and be forever together. I know, maybe it sounds like a 'teenager dream' but i really feel what true love is. I had no idea love could give such wonderful feelings. Cause everytime i see him after those months that we are apart I FEEL SO ALIVE AND COMPLETE. and im sure he feels the same :) . we are having an hard time right now, on saturday we are dating since a year. my longest relationship and his too. I just know that i love him so much, and that nothing is going to stop me. I did tons of sacrifices to be with him and he did to, and im ready to doble that number cause im so sure it is so worth it, it will be so worth it oh gosh :D im so happy about me and him. well thanks for reading my story(: ill write again on here on june 2013 when finally i will be living in america with my matt :):):)
