when i was 13 my friend kaitlyn had a lot of friends from iowa because her cousin lived there. she had been talking to one of her cousin's friends. they were just friends nothing romantic because she had a thing for another guy. she did not have a cell phone and when i got my first cell phone with texting she asked to borrow it to text this guy from iowa. i let her use it and so i had his number saved. later that night i decided to text him while i was bored. i never thought we would end up texting every single day and become as close as we are now. a couple of years passes and we still talk. after i got my licence i was able to go see him. we still talk after 3 years. im 16 now.

Well i have been with my boyfriend for a little over a year! We're are both still young i am only 16 and he is 19. We both lived in the same town and we were together for 9 months until i had to move due to my dads job and he moved away from our hometown to go off to college. I will admit i was very nervous because all through high school he was your typical jock and player. Always had girls after him, but luckily i was the one who caught his eye. This is his first serious relationship and he changed so much from when i had first met him which is a good thing. Hes absolutely everything i have ever wanted and idk what id do if i ever lost him. What scared me is that while he was away he would cheat on me or find someone else..We've been away for 4 months and even though EVERYONE said it wouldnt work so far it has and if anything it has made our relationship a million times stronger. We dont take each other for granted anymore and i am convinced that he is the one for me. I know i know, im young. ive heard it a million times bbut being able to survive this proves alot, well at least thats what i think. Although its been hard i know itll be worth it. I get to spend the rest of the summer with him and i cant wait. So wfor whoever said ldr's dont work, guess what...THEY DO! Its all about trust and communication:) just thought id share my story!

I met my bf on the most embarassing cite you could possibly think of, WeeWorld. I met him when I was sixteen. I was introduced to him from one of my friends on weeworld. I impulsively went on this website, in the summer of my sophmore year at highschool. I was going into my junior year during fall and he was going into his sophmore year. I began talking to him on aim. During this time I just broke up with my ex bf from the UK. Atleast I got a bf closer to me lol. Anyways so we started flirting on aim, then I went on xbox live at my friend's house and I heard his voice for the first time. We were playing halo and he liked to tease me by killing me on purpose lol After playing halo 3 with him I decided to call him, using my house phone, because I didnt have a cell at the time. For the first week, we went from the phone to aim and aim to the phone. He was really sweet, he holds the same morals and values as mine, and when I saw a picture of him for the first time, I think my heart melt. We started actually dating on December 2nd 2008. He told me that night on the phone that he was in love with me. I was filled with so much joy, I can't put it in words. As the weeks passed on we always spoke everyday at night before we went to bed. (we still do now) Now I am 18 and he is turning 17 in two months. We still love eachother very much, though we've had our ups and downs. I've been trying very hard to fly over to see him. I live in New York and he lives in Wisconsin. We would and still do send packages to eachother, he mostly sends me Christmas presents and I send him Christmas and birthday presents, which consist of drawings of me and him. He frames them in his bedroom. Which is a good thing, because everytime he wakes up he sees my drawings and it reminds him of my love and dedication for him. We go on webcam now and then, not that much because we are busy with school and our jobs. My bf is just amazing. Despite, his long unruly mess of a hair lol, he is so perfect for me. He is so loyal to me and always makes me smile. He loves to compliment me and make me laugh. He's very optimistic, which is good because I can be pessimistic and stressed. He is very strong mentally and physically. He doesn't let our distance bother him. He plays the guitar, works out, free-running, and Tae kwon do. A very funny fact about him and I, is that I'm 5 foot 2 and he's 6 foot 2. I'm gunna need a step ladder to kiss him lol. He loves to call me cute and makes fun of the way I say water. He's everything to me and its been 17 months since we've been together. I hope to meet him while I'm away in college, and I know I'm only 18, but with both our dedication and loyalty in this relationship, I am not afraid to say, that I love him and I want to spend the rest of my life with him.

well our relationship started out on imesh.com.. he messaged me saying "hye " and "are you bz" and we hit it off.. it was like meeting my other half.. my family accepts him . and we tlk on the computer all the time.. he lives in labuan , malaysia. and although times may get hard. we stick through it because we are engaged. our love grows every day. he is 12 hours ahead of me. but he stays up late just to speak to me. and i stay up just to speak to him.. he encourages me in everything i do.
