Me and my boyfriend met when we were 15/16 years old in school.

we are now 19/20

We spent three years together living in the same town and of course got to love each other and became a very strong couple.

Over a year ago he sat me down and told me his parents were moving 140 miles away nearish London. I was very scared when he first told me this obviously.

A few months passed and he was packing up and getting ready to go. Me and him spent as much time together as we could and cherished every moment/day we had left together. we had discussed and decided we were obviously going to stay together.

we had decided he was going to go to college up there and i was going to stay in college down here and after a year or two we would save up enough money and move in together somewhere in the middle of our two new towns and families.

he left the same month as my 19th birthday (a few weeks before actually) and i was gutted i never got to see him on my birthday. But i did get to visit soon after and see what his new town was like.

we try to see each other at least once a month but at one point we couldn't see each other for 3 months. that killed me and i missed him so much..

having a long distance relationship IS NOT easy and there's been times we thought we couldn't carry on anymore

its been just over a year and our plans have changed a lot. i decided to stay here and complete a three year degree course. he is still up there and left college and is looking for a job. now it looks like we have another 3 years apart before we will move in together..

i miss him terribly and yesterday he went home after being here for a week. always feels like a part of me is missing the day after he is gone.

the trust between is is very strong and each other knows the other won't cheat.

cams, phone calls and lil letters / gifts are our secret. we are still going strong. love each other more than ever and we plan on being together forever.

My boyfriend and I met online through a teen dating website. It was January of this year and I was a freshman in high school and he had just finished what was the equivalent of high school in Nigeria. We started talking to each other on Instant Messenger and instantly felt a connection. We knew it was love.

My parents have been against it from the beginning, but to us their opinion means nothing. I love him and he loves me and that's all that matters to us.

We have never met, but he has moved to the States however he is finishing up a research project he was sent here to do and then we will be free to be together.

We have been dating for 8 months and plan to eventually get married. I know that sounds weird, when were both so young (I'm 16 and hes 17) and we've only been together 8 months, but we know this is for real and that we love each other very much and that's what matters not our ages or what other people think.

My boyfriend and I met this past summer while I was vacationing in Buenos Aires to visit my family(after graduating college). I met him on friendship day, July 20th, at this cute pub called Capitulo Uno. He works as a bouncer there two nights a week. We saw each other and immediately felt a connection. We exchanged phone numbers and started seeing each other almost every day! It didn't matter what we did, even if it was just for half an hour. We fell in love and decided to keep this going and see what happens. He uses Nextel over there, so I switched to nextel and we talk on direct connect for as much as we want! I call from my computer using yahoo, it saves money. And email helps too. He still has to learn how to use a webcam, but we are both willing to make this work. I plan on going back for Christmas, and we shall see what happens after that. I am in grad school and wont finish for 2 years. But he is super supportive. It is very hard, but worth every painstaking effort!

Nick and I met when I was 12, almost 13 and he was 14 on a game called Earth & Beyond. Yeah, lame I know. It was always me, Nick, and his best friend from school hanging out in the game. I had a crush on him right off but I didn't say anything until almost two years later. After we got bored of the game, we switched to a private forum and AIM to communicate. I lost contact with Nick's best friend and started solely talking to Nick. When I was 14, I told him I loved him for the first time. It took a week or two before he gave me an answer back but it was a good one.

We've been together for 4 years now with me being 18 and him 19. This last March, we met in person for the first time and spent two days together. My parents have been very supportive and actually drove me down to see him! I met his mom and that best friend as well. His friend didn't even know Nick and I still talked so that was fun to surprise him with.

It got really difficult after March because we suddenly had the physical aspect thrown in. Things like sex became more real and pet names, physical compliments, etc were totally new to us. We had only JUST started talking on Skype before the visit and were barely comfortable with talking through voice. The visit was rather awkward with us both being shy, but we both agreed that the brief snuggle in a chair and the long hug goodbye were amazing memories.

In July, I convinced my parents to let me extend a family vacation by staying at Nick's house for a week. That was the best week of my life I think. I got my first kiss and finally got to get to know him physically. I was so delighted to memorize his every facial expression, every little habit, all of his body language. It was like a whole new dimension to the person I love. But after leaving, we were both pretty upset. We cried like babies and I was mopey for a good couple of weeks afterwards. I still cry on occasion when I really start missing his smell.

We started making plans for the future. I hope to move to his town in a year or two and share an apartment with him and his best friend while working and attending college there. Eventually we plan to get married.

He came to visit ME finally just last week! He got to meet all of my friends and my parents and see me in my own comfort zone.

We are completely relaxed around each other now and can't get enough of hugs and snuggling. I can't let go of his hand or stop touching his face and gazing into those gorgeous blue eyes when we're together. It's almost like we need to get in as much physical affection as we can to tide us over until the next visit.

I should be flying down to see him in October and he to see me in December! Hopefully in a year or so, we can finally be together every day and I can get more than just a week to wake up to his amazing smile.
